How to Order:
Via Telephone: Orders can be placed simply by calling our Customer Care Team at 800-247-3251.
After you place your first order with URI you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager.
Via Online: Orders can be placed 24/7 online via our Password Protected Online Ordering Website at
www.tanninglotions.com
Via E-mail: Orders can be placed via e-mail by sending your order request to your personal Account
Manager or to sales@uriworld.com
Via Fax: Orders can be placed by faxing an approved order form to 216-898-0800
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Wire Transfer and ACH.
Shipping Policy: If your order is placed before 3:00 pm EST it will ship the same day. During
peak season every effort will be made to continue this service. Orders are
shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS or LTL Carrier.
Shipping Charges: All shipments will incur the necessary insurance charge as outlined by the
carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS or LTL). Shipments sent to a residential address are subject
to an additional carrier fee’s per box, regardless of the amount of the order.
Any unknown accessorial or destination charges are solely the recipients responsibility.
